Alert if a billable Supply invoice for ShipMethod VariableW did not have freight charge

This alert will notify you when a supply order is invoiced in e-automate, where the ship method on the invoice matches one of the types specified in Variable W, the invoice amount is greater than zero, and there is no freight charge on the invoice. This alert can be used to double-check that freight charges are added appropriately based on the shipping method.
